Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organization, safety procedures, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop personalized growth plans for team members.
- Oversee accurate inventory control and optimize product organization for efficiency.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Monitor loss prevention protocols and conduct regular stock audits.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
- Maintain an organized stockroom layout and uphold health and safety standards.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide expert advice.

- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of stock management and operational efficiency.
- Experience with stock management software and proficient computer skills.
- Strong analytical skills to drive sales and meet financial targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling employee relations issues.
