Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and mentor Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organization, safety procedures, and inventory management.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop personalized growth plans for team members.
  • Oversee accurate inventory control and optimize product organization for efficiency.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Monitor loss prevention protocols and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
  • Maintain an organized stockroom layout and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide expert advice.
