Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient receipt of merchandise.
- Facilitate product transfers between stores.
- Manage the process of merchandise returns to the distribution center.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Maintain organized stock using the FEFO method.
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the store.
- Handle damaged and expired products in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Safeguard confidential information.
- Participate in operations team meetings for operational alignment.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are upheld by the team.
- Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
- Maintain security and organization of the stockroom, including lockers, kitchen, and restroom.
- Continuously seek best practices to achieve satisfactory audit results.
- Report stock issues to the store supervisor or manager.
- Ensure store security standards are maintained.
- Follow the LVMH group code of ethics and conduct.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a stock controller is preferred.
- Experience in administrative roles is desirable.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
