Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate receipt of merchandise.
- Facilitate the transfer of products between stores.
- Oversee the return process of goods to the distribution center.
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain stock organization using the FEFO method.
- Maintain store upkeep and handle damaged or expired products according to company policy.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment and uphold confidentiality of information.
- Participate in operations meetings for alignment and ensure cleanliness and organization standards are met.
- Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures and maintain backstage organization including stockrooms and staff areas.
- Communicate stock issues to supervisors or store managers and ensure store security standards are upheld.
- Follow LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a stock controller is preferred.
- Experience in administrative roles is desirable.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
