Sephora Operations Consultant (Flex) in Toronto — part-time retail stockroom role with POS and inventory management responsibilities, CAD$19.20–$22.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
- Support SEPHORA's merchandising concepts and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are maintained at all times
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Participate in inventory control initiatives
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer systems and arithmetic
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client needs and business priorities
