Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate receipt of merchandise.
- Facilitate product transfers between stores.
- Manage returns and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain stock organization using FEFO principles.
- Maintain store upkeep and ensure a safe, clean working environment.
- Handle damaged and expired products according to company guidelines.
- Participate in operations meetings for process alignment.
- Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and security standards are met.
- Communicate stock issues to the store supervisor or manager.
- Ensure store security standards are upheld.
- Follow LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a stock associate is preferred.
- Experience in administrative roles is desirable.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
