Sephora is seeking a Stock Associate in Porto Alegre to manage stockroom operations, merchandise receipts and transfers, inventory, replenishment, maintenance follow-up and backstage safety and organization. The role is full-time and on-site; the contract is described as indefinite.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the receipt of merchandise.
• Transfer products between stores.
• Manage merchandise returns and returns to the distribution center.
• Conduct inventory counts.
• Maintain FEFO stockroom organization.
• Help maintain the store.
• Process damaged and expired products in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Protect the confidentiality of information.
• Attend Operations team meetings for operational alignment when requested.
• Ensure the team maintains cleanliness and organization standards.
• Follow all Sephora policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety and organization standards in the backstage areas, including the stockroom, lockers, kitchen and bathroom.
• Continuously seek best practices to achieve satisfactory audit results.
• Report stock issues to the supervisor or store manager.
• Maintain store safety standards.
• Follow the LVMH Group code of ethics and conduct.
• Ensure merchandise receipts and transfers are completed on time.
• Follow established procedures when identifying discrepancies in received merchandise.
• Update products and supplies as directed by company standards.
• Ensure the store is fully replenished before products are placed in stock.
• Reorganize stock as needed to accommodate shipments.
• Keep stock organization and signage up to date.
• Report service needs and follow up on maintenance.
• Store maintenance materials, such as light tubes.
• Complete all My Sephora Learning training.
• Seek additional training when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a stock associate is preferred.
• Administrative experience is preferred.
• Completed secondary education or equivalent.
• Communicate clearly with employees verbally.
• The role requires physical exertion.
• Availability and flexibility.
• Follow the dress code.
