Stock Assistant - Sephora, Turin. Temporary part-time role managing inventory, stockroom, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Beauty Specialists in managing daily store activities and operational excellence
- Organize, maintain, and oversee the stockroom, ensuring efficient storage and accessibility of merchandise
- Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing goods with accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock verification to maintain accurate records
- Handle goods within the store while maintaining health and safety standards
- Foster a positive and productive environment by highlighting wins and crediting team members for successes
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives, budgets, and targets while adapting to strategic changes and management directives
