Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store director and specialists in daily operations.
- Actively contribute to achieving store targets and adapting to strategic changes.
- Foster a strong team spirit and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Organize and manage stockroom and deliveries.
- Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Handle merchandise movement within the store.
- Manage inventory and verify stock levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles (Stock Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Understanding of key retail KPIs.
- High school diploma.
