Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store director and specialists in daily operations.
- Actively contribute to achieving store targets and adapting to strategic changes.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a strong team spirit and a positive work environment.
- Organize and manage stockroom and deliveries.
- Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing merchandise.
- Handle inventory management and stock verification.
- Maintain an organized stockroom.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Stock Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Familiarity with key retail KPIs.
- High school diploma.
