Sephora UK in Glasgow seeks a Stock Assistant / Cashier at Silverburn — full‑time retail role supporting stock, merchandising and cashier duties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and maintain a tidy, well‑organised cash area.
- Receive, check and organise deliveries; support stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Replenish merchandise promptly and maintain visually appealing product displays; remove expired or damaged items.
- Provide personalised product guidance and educate customers on application techniques, routines and product benefits.
- Support visual merchandising updates and promotional displays; assist with new store opening activities when required.
- Collaborate with teammates, share best practices and participate in team training and meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, customer service or store operations (cash and stock) preferred.
- Strong interest in makeup, skincare and fragrance with willingness to learn product application techniques.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Physical capability to lift/ carry boxes and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
