Role & Responsibilities
- Educate customers on application techniques, routines, and product benefits.
- Stay updated with beauty trends and Sephora's product assortment.
- Provide expert product guidance across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
- Drive sales by connecting with customers and promoting services.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain an organized cash area.
- Receive, check, and organize deliveries, supporting inventory management.
- Replenish stock and ensure visually appealing product displays.
- Support visual merchandising updates and promotional displays.
- Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors and participate in team training.
- Assist with new store opening activities, including stock preparation.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, customer service, or store operations.
