Sephora — Bergamo (Orio Al Serio): Part-time Stock Assistant. Manage stockroom, receiving, inventory and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organise, maintain and optimise the store stockroom to ensure accurate, accessible inventory and efficient flows between sales floor and storage.
- Receive incoming deliveries, verify contents against delivery documentation and prepare goods for shelving or dispatch.
- Manage outgoing goods and transfers, ensuring accurate labelling, packing and documentation for shipments.
- Perform regular stock checks and support inventory reconciliation, reporting discrepancies to store management.
- Support the Store Manager and in-store specialists to achieve daily operational targets and broader store KPIs.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing operational updates, highlighting wins and supporting colleagues across departments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in stock, receiving or retail logistics roles preferred (stock assistant, promoter or beauty consultant experience considered an asset).
- High school diploma or equivalent secondary education.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Ability to work flexibly in a part-time schedule and adapt to changing operational priorities.
- Physical resilience and ability to handle manual tasks under typical retail time pressures.

Experience
Entry-level role; candidates with previous experience in stock handling, receiving or retail environments are preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma (secondary school certificate).
