Sephora Canada (Toronto) is hiring a Stage Experience Manager to lead beauty services, studio operations and team development at Dufferin Mall.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client experience for services and in-store events, ensuring high-quality delivery across Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio offerings.
- Manage daily operations of the Beauty/Skin/Fragrance Studio, including publishing advisor availability and class schedules in the online reservation system.
- Lead, coach and develop beauty advisors, Senior Artistry and Skincare roles through onboarding, product and service training, and ongoing performance feedback.
- Drive adoption of in-store technology and service innovations to elevate client interactions and support sales goals.
- Ensure adequate staffing and efficient client check-in flow to maximize service throughput and client satisfaction.
- Support visual merchandising and sales-floor standards: execute merchandising flips, maintain presentation and ensure timely replenishment.
- Manage relationships with brand/vendor representatives to coordinate training, product education and in-store activations; provide feedback on training effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Two to four years' experience in a similar role or equivalent internal progression within a high-volume beauty or retail environment.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain store talent and to create high-performing teams focused on sales and client service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and brand representatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing scheduling and service-driven operations, including familiarity with online reservation processes.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for stocking and visual merchandising tasks.

Experience
Two to four years of retail leadership or store-level management experience in a high-volume beauty or comparable retail environment; demonstrated track record of driving services sales and developing talent.
Education
High school diploma required; post-secondary diploma or certificate in business, retail management, cosmetology or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
