Sephora Canada — Stage Experience Manager, Stores in Winnipeg. Lead beauty services and teams; full‑time position overseeing studio operations and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the in‑store client experience, including Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio services, classes and events for the assigned store.
  • Oversee daily studio operations: publish beauty advisor availability, manage the online reservation system, ensure efficient client check‑in and appointment flow.
  • Lead, coach and develop beauty advisors, Senior Artistry and Skincare roles; deliver onboarding and ongoing selling model and product training.
  • Ensure staffing and rostering align with service demand to maximise capacity, conversion and client satisfaction.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and sales‑floor flips; maintain a neat, organized sales floor and ensure timely replenishment of displayed inventory.
  • Act as primary liaison with brand/vendor representatives to coordinate in‑store brand training, product activations and service support.
  • Drive service sales and performance through coaching, KPI monitoring and continuous process improvements.
  • Maintain safe working conditions in a fragrance‑filled environment and perform light physical duties including lifting and stocking.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years' experience in a comparable role within a high‑volume beauty, cosmetics or specialty retail environment, or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain talent and to build high‑performing store teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing appointment/reservation systems and scheduling to optimise service throughput.
  • Working knowledge of visual merchandising principles and frontline inventory replenishment.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance‑rich environment.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
