Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of client experience and service delivery across Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studios
  • Oversee daily operations of the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring Coordinators are adequately trained and equipped
  • Train and develop beauty advisors and Senior Artistry/Skincare roles to drive sales and exceptional client service
  • Execute training programs for new hires and existing team members, facilitating selling model orientation sessions
  • Manage the services online reservation system, publishing beauty advisor availability and class schedules
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to maintain efficient client flow and check-in processes
  • Supervise sales floor standards, visual merchandising execution, and inventory replenishment in compliance with company standards
  • Coordinate with vendor representatives to ensure effective product training and brand engagement
  • Support operational initiatives while maintaining merchandising concepts and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to identify and attract talented store leaders capable of training and developing teams
  • Demonstrated experience driving sales and delivering outstanding client service
  • Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment and perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
