Sephora Canada (Ottawa) seeks a Stage Experience Manager, Stores to run in‑store services, develop beauty advisors and manage the Beauty Studio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end in‑store services experience (Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio): manage daily operations, staffing and service delivery.
- Administer the online services reservation system, publish advisor availability and schedule classes and appointments to optimize throughput.
- Train, mentor and develop beauty advisors as well as Senior Artistry and Skincare roles to drive service sales and client loyalty.
- Support sales floor standards and visual merchandising by executing planograms, floor flips and maintaining a tidy, commercial presentation.
- Partner with brand/vendor representatives to coordinate in‑store activations, ensure effective product education and provide feedback on vendor training.
- Leverage in‑store technology and service innovations to elevate the client experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate staffing and rostering to ensure capacity for services while maintaining an efficient client check‑in flow.
Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable‑volume retail location or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain store talent with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfort working in a fragrance‑filled environment and performing light physical tasks (stocking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Experience
Two to four years in a comparable store‑based management or senior advisory role, with demonstrable experience leading teams, driving services revenue and executing in‑store activations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in retail management, cosmetology or a related discipline is an asset.
