Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of client experience and service delivery across Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studios
- Lead daily operations and scheduling for beauty services, classes, and events within the store location
- Train and develop beauty advisors, Senior Artistry, and Skincare team members
- Ensure beauty advisors are adequately trained and leverage technology innovations to support elevated client experiences
- Manage the online services reservation system, including publishing advisor availability and event schedules
- Execute visual merchandising concepts and maintain sales floor standards and cleanliness
- Support Coordinators in managing the Beauty Studio and driving daily service delivery
- Oversee client check-in processes and maintain appropriate staffing levels for smooth service flow
- Facilitate training sessions for new hires and existing team members in selling models and beauty services
- Collaborate with brand representatives to ensure effective product training and coaching on store brands
- Provide feedback on brand training effectiveness and vendor engagement quality
Qualifications
- 2–4 years' experience in a similar retail management role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to influence and lead business partners across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated talent for identifying and developing retail leaders
- Ability to create high-performing teams that drive sales and deliver outstanding client service
Skills
Experience
Two to four years' experience in a similar store management role at a comparable volume location, or equivalent internal progression within the beauty retail sector. Prior experience managing beauty services, client-facing operations, or retail teams is essential.
Education
