Sephora Stage Experience Manager in Abbotsford, BC — oversee beauty services, train advisors, and lead client experience initiatives at a high-volume store location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all client experience aspects and service-related operations including the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio
  • Oversee daily studio operations and train Coordinators to effectively manage services and drive business
  • Execute training programs for all new beauty advisors and existing team members, facilitating orientation and selling model sessions
  • Develop and manage team performance, identifying and attracting talented store leaders to train and develop staff
  • Manage the online services reservation system, publishing advisor availability and class schedules
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to support efficient client flow and smooth check-in processes
  • Support visual merchandising standards and execute all merchandising flips while maintaining sales floor organization and cleanliness
  • Oversee vendor and brand representative engagement, providing feedback on brand training effectiveness
  • Ensure beauty advisors are trained to leverage technology innovations and provide elevated in-store service delivery

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar management role at a comparable volume retail store or equivalent internal experience
  • Proven ability to create high-performing teams by identifying and developing talented retail leaders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business partners across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated capability to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service through team leadership
