Sephora Stage Experience Manager in Ottawa, Canada – lead retail teams, drive client experience, CAD $54.8k–$68.5k, full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive training programs for new and existing Beauty Advisors, including orientation and Sephora's selling model training sessions
  • Respond promptly to all client feedback through Sephora's feedback tool (Medallia), service hotline, and direct interactions, identifying and resolving issues systematically
  • Serve regularly as the Client Experience Lead in-store, engaging directly with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
  • Manage and coordinate all in-store events with the Beauty Services team to maximize client learning and sales opportunities
  • Oversee visual merchandising initiatives by ensuring all sales floor concepts and displays align with company standards and maintain brand consistency
  • Monitor tester and supply levels throughout the store, executing timely replenishment and maintaining an organized, clean sales environment
  • Collaborate with the Operations team on visual merchandising updates and coordinate implementation of new inventory displays
  • Supervise vendor and brand representative relationships, ensuring effective product training and coaching of store team members
  • Provide constructive feedback to brand representatives on training effectiveness and product engagement strategies
  • Lead and develop a team of Stage Experience Leads and Beauty Advisors, identifying emerging talent and supporting career progression
  • Drive store performance through team motivation, performance metrics analysis, and accountability to company goals
  • Report to the Store Director while collaborating closely with the Store Operations & Talent Manager and Beauty Services Manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in beauty retail, customer service, or equivalent role
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve company performance targets
  • Proven track record of creating high-performing teams and identifying emerging talent
  • Strong composure and managerial confidence to conduct difficult conversations with professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels
  • Proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel

Experience
