Sephora Stage Experience Manager, Oakville ON – Lead sales floor operations, coach teams, and drive client experience in this full-time retail management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive training programs for new and existing Beauty Advisors, facilitating orientation and selling model instruction
- Respond promptly to client feedback through multiple channels including Medallia, service hotlines, and direct interactions, addressing concerns to enhance satisfaction
- Serve as Client Experience Lead in-store, engaging with team members and clients on the sales floor to model exceptional service
- Plan and manage all in-store brand events in collaboration with the Beauty Services team, optimizing client learning and sales opportunities
- Oversee visual merchandising alignment with company standards, maintaining sales floor organization and managing tester and supply inventory levels
- Coordinate with brand representatives to ensure effective product training and coaching for Beauty Advisors, providing feedback on training effectiveness
- Drive team performance through metrics-driven coaching, identifying internal talent and fostering professional development
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, customer service, or equivalent internal experience
- Proven track record of motivating and coaching teams to meet company expectations and performance goals
- Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate managerial courage in challenging situations
- Demonstrated capacity to build high-performing teams and identify and develop in-store talent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel

Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry, or equivalent internal experience with demonstrated success in leading teams to exceed performance targets.
