Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of client experience and services, classes, and events in the store.
  • Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
  • Ensure beauty advisors are trained and utilizing technology innovations to enhance client experience.
  • Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in processes.
  • Execute training for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and selling model training.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and replenished.
  • Facilitate vendor management by ensuring effective engagement and training by brand representatives.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence business partners at all levels. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Experience

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation
