Sephora Stage Experience Lead position in Winnipeg, MB. Full-time role managing sales floor operations and team performance. CAD $20.80–$24.45/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments within the assigned Sephora location, ensuring proper execution of the company's selling model
- Ensure all team members provide outstanding client service and support timely response to client feedback per department
- Coach and manage team performance, delivering timely feedback for improvement and conducting regular check-ins with direct reports
- Support all client-facing staff in proper training and utilization of Client Interactive Technology
- Coordinate and support in-store events to achieve store goals and address client needs
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities to drive entrepreneurial initiatives
- Partner with direct manager to action client-related issues through company feedback channels
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar leadership role at a high-volume retail store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to attract and identify talented store leaders who can train and develop team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Strong understanding of retail sales dynamics and performance metrics

Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a comparable leadership role at a similar-volume retail store, or equivalent internal experience within the beauty or selective retail sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management, business, or a related field is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.80 to CAD 24.45 per hour.
