Sephora seeks a Stage Experience Lead in Winnipeg, Canada to oversee sales floor operations and drive client service excellence in a dynamic beauty retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales floor departments and ensure proper execution of Sephora's selling model across assigned areas
  • Coach team members on performance management, providing timely feedback for improvement and conducting regular check-ins with direct reports
  • Support timely response to all client feedback per department and partner with direct manager to action client-related issues through service hotline or direct client feedback
  • Train and support the sales team in proper use of Client Interactive Technology and innovative selling tools
  • Manage in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities to drive entrepreneurial growth

Qualifications

  • One to three years' experience in a similar leadership role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal retail experience
  • Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders who can train and coach teams to drive sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence business partners at all levels
  • Strong understanding of retail sales performance metrics and business development

Experience

Minimum three years in a similar supervisory or leadership role at a comparable retail volume location, or equivalent internal experience within a beauty or specialty retail environment.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.80 to CAD 24.45 per hour.
