Sephora Stage Experience Lead position in West Vancouver, BC. Full-time retail supervisory role overseeing sales floor operations and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor operations and ensure team execution of Sephora's selling model and client service standards
- Partner with management to address and action client feedback through the client service hotline and direct client interactions
- Support training and proper utilization of Client Interactive Technology across all store cast
- Coordinate and support in-store events to drive sales and meet client needs
- Coach team members on performance management situations and deliver timely feedback for continuous improvement
- Conduct regular check-ins with direct reports to support development and accountability
- Analyze store sales performance and identify business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role at a comparable volume retail location
- Proven track record of attracting, identifying, and developing talented store leaders who drive sales and client service excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with business partners across all organizational levels

Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or assistant management role at a similar volume store, or equivalent internal experience within the retail or beauty sector.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.85 to CAD 28.55 per hour.
