Sephora West Vancouver is hiring a Stage Experience Lead — full‑time retail supervisor driving client experience and sales (West Vancouver, Stage Experience Lead).
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all on‑floor departments (e.g., Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare) for the assigned Sephora location, ensuring selling standards are met across disciplines.
- Ensure all cast execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service to achieve and exceed store sales objectives.
- Respond to and action client feedback in a timely manner, partnering with management to resolve issues escalated via the client service hotline or direct feedback.
- Train and support store cast on client interactive technologies and tools to enhance the in‑store client experience.
- Coordinate and support in‑store events to drive footfall, client engagement and sales outcomes.
- Coach, assess and develop team members; deliver timely performance feedback and participate in regular one‑on‑ones and performance conversations.
- Monitor store sales performance and identify business opportunities; partner with leadership to convert insights into action.
- Attract, identify and develop talent to build high‑performing frontline teams capable of driving sales and service excellence.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a high‑volume beauty or specialty retail environment, or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop store teams to drive sales and client satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience managing client feedback and resolving escalations effectively.
- Comfortable working with retail KPIs and translating sales performance into actionable coaching.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a high‑volume beauty or specialty retail store, or equivalent internal experience; demonstrated track record of coaching teams, managing client escalations and supporting in‑store events.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary diploma in retail management, business, cosmetology or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.85 to CAD 28.55 per hour.
