Sephora Stage Experience Lead, Toronto. Lead beauty retail operations and team development at Yorkdale location. CAD$22.20–$26.10/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments and ensure proper execution of Sephora's selling model across assigned areas
- Provide coaching and performance management feedback to team members, with regular check-ins and timely improvement communication
- Support timely response to client feedback and partner with management to resolve client-related issues through service channels
- Ensure all team members are properly trained in Client Interactive Technology and world selling methodologies
- Coordinate and support in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business development opportunities
- Attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders capable of training and driving sales performance
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar retail leadership role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of beauty retail operations and sales performance metrics
- Ability to coach and develop team members effectively
