Sephora Stage Experience Lead - Full Time in Toronto, ON. Lead sales departments and manage retail team performance with competitive pay and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments and ensure proper execution of Sephora's selling model across assigned areas
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to store cast members, conducting regular check-ins and identifying improvement opportunities
- Manage client feedback and partner with direct manager to action client-related issues through service hotline and direct communication channels
- Support training and deployment of Client Interactive Technology across all assigned departments
- Coordinate and support in-store events to align with store goals and client needs
- Assess and develop team members, attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales performance
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance, business opportunities, and entrepreneurial mindset to exceed company objectives
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar leadership role at a comparable volume retail store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders
- Strong track record of team building and staff development in a retail environment
- Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and client satisfaction metrics
