Stage Experience Lead at Sephora Toronto – Full-time supervisory role overseeing sales floor operations, team leadership, and client experience in Liberty Village location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments and ensure proper execution of Sephora's selling model across assigned areas
- Provide outstanding client service and support timely responses to all client feedback per department
- Partner with direct manager to address client-related issues and feedback through established channels
- Support training of all store cast members in Client Interactive Technology and innovation initiatives
- Coordinate and support in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs
- Coach performance management situations within the assigned store area and deliver timely feedback for improvement
- Conduct regular check-ins with direct reports to ensure accountability and development
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities
Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar leadership role at a similar volume retail location or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders
- Demonstrated capacity to train and develop team members to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service

Minimum one to three years in a similar supervisory or assistant management role at a comparable retail volume location, or equivalent internal experience at Sephora.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
