Sephora Stage Experience Lead in Toronto – Full-time supervisory role managing sales floor operations and team development at a high-volume beauty retail location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments and ensure proper execution of Sephora's selling model across assigned areas
- Provide coaching and performance management to direct reports, delivering timely feedback and development support
- Respond to and action all client feedback per department in partnership with store management
- Support in-store events to drive sales performance and meet client needs
- Identify and attract talented store leaders capable of training cast members and delivering outstanding client service
- Maintain awareness of store sales performance, business opportunities, and market trends
- Ensure proper training and adoption of Client Interactive Technology across the sales floor
- Conduct regular check-ins with direct reports to monitor performance and development progress
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role at a similar-volume retail location or equivalent internal Sephora experience
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales and exceeding performance targets
- Strong understanding of beauty retail operations and client service execution
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with business partners at all organizational levels
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role at a high-volume retail store or equivalent experience within Sephora. Demonstrated success in building and leading sales teams, managing client feedback, and driving store performance.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
