Sephora Stage Experience Lead in Toronto: oversee beauty departments, lead sales floor teams, and drive client experience. Full-time position, CAD $22.20–$26.10/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments within the assigned Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare
- Ensure all team members properly execute Sephora's selling model and deliver outstanding client service to achieve company objectives
- Support timely response to all client feedback per department and partner with direct manager to action client-related issues
- Ensure proper training and execution of Client Interactive Technology across the assigned area
- Support in-store event management to drive store goals and meet client needs
- Provide performance coaching and timely feedback to team members within the assigned area
- Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to monitor performance and development
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders
- Strong understanding of team dynamics and training methodologies

Experience
Minimum one to three years in a similar supervisory or assistant manager role at a comparable retail volume location, or equivalent internal experience at a luxury beauty retailer.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
