Sephora Stage Experience Lead in Toronto, ON—oversee sales floors and lead teams in beauty retail excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales floor departments within the assigned Sephora location, encompassing Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and/or Haircare categories
  • Ensure all store cast members properly execute Sephora's selling model and deliver outstanding client service aligned with company objectives
  • Support timely response to all client feedback per department and partner with direct manager to action client-related issues through the client service hotline or direct client communication
  • Train and support the sales team on all Client Interactive Technology platforms and ensure proper deployment across all client-facing areas
  • Coordinate and support in-store events to achieve store sales goals while addressing client needs and expectations
  • Conduct performance coaching within the assigned store area, deliver timely feedback for improvement, and participate in regular check-ins with direct reports
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities to drive entrepreneurial initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years' experience in a similar supervisory role at a high-volume retail location or equivalent internal experience
  • Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders who can train and coach teams to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all organizational levels in a clear and concise manner

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
