Sephora: Stage Experience Lead (full-time) in Scarborough, ON — supervise beauty, skincare, fragrance & haircare departments.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales-floor departments assigned to the store (e.g., Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare) and ensure consistent execution of Sephora’s selling model.
  • Coach, develop and provide timely performance feedback to on-stage cast; participate in regular one-on-ones and performance-management actions.
  • Drive client experience excellence by ensuring prompt response to client feedback and partnering with management to resolve client-related issues.
  • Support training and adoption of Client Interactive Technology across selling cast to maximise client engagement and sales conversion.
  • Coordinate and support in-store events to meet store objectives and client needs.
  • Monitor store sales performance, identify business opportunities and partner with management to deliver on targets.
  • Attract, identify and help develop store leaders to build high-performing teams capable of delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or lead role within a high-volume beauty or specialty retail environment, or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to recruit, train and develop frontline sales talent to drive sales and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrable track record of coaching to improve performance and managing performance conversations.
  • Comfortable supporting events and flexible to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Experience
