Sephora Stage Experience Lead (Full-Time) in Saint Catharines, ON. Supervise sales departments and drive client service excellence, CAD$22.20–$26.10/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments and ensure team execution of Sephora's selling model
- Provide and support outstanding client service across assigned department areas
- Manage timely response to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues
- Support training initiatives on Client Interactive Technology and World selling platforms
- Coordinate and support in-store events aligned with store goals and client needs
- Coach team members on performance management, deliver timely feedback for improvement, and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities
Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar supervisory role at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to influence business partners at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders
- Track record of training cast members to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service

Experience
Minimum three years in a similar supervisory or leadership role at a high-volume retail location, or equivalent internal experience within Sephora or similar luxury beauty retail environment.
