Sephora Stage Experience Lead position in Rosemere, QC—oversee sales floors and lead teams in a full-time retail leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments and ensure proper execution of Sephora's selling model across assigned areas
- Provide outstanding client service leadership and support timely response to all client feedback per department
- Coach and develop team members through regular check-ins and timely performance feedback
- Support training on Client Interactive Technology and all in-store digital innovation initiatives
- Manage in-store events to achieve store goals while meeting client needs
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities
- Partner with direct manager to action client-related issues through feedback tools and hotline coordination
Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar leadership role at a comparable-volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to influence business partners at all levels clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated capability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders
- Strong understanding of retail sales dynamics and client service excellence

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role at a high-volume retail store or equivalent internal Sephora experience.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Rosemere, Quebec, Canada, with easy access to Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
