Sephora Stage Experience Lead (Full-Time) in Oshawa, Canada - Oversee sales floor departments and lead client experience excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of Sephora's selling model across assigned sales floor departments, ensuring all team members deliver outstanding client service
- Support timely response to all client feedback per department and partner with management to action client-related issues through service hotlines and direct channels
- Coach and develop team members on performance management, deliver timely feedback for improvement, and participate in regular check-ins with direct reports
- Support in-store events ensuring they align with store goals and client needs
- Ensure all sales floor team members are properly trained in Client Interactive Technology and new innovations
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities to drive entrepreneurial growth
Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar supervisory role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to create and lead high-performing teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders
- Strong understanding of retail sales dynamics and client service excellence in a beauty retail environment
- Ability to train and develop store cast members to drive sales and deliver outstanding client experience
Skills
Experience
Minimum one to three years' experience in a similar supervisory role at a comparable volume retail location, or equivalent internal experience at Sephora demonstrating progressive responsibility in store operations and client experience leadership.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail management certification is preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
