Sephora Canada is hiring a Stage Experience Lead in Halifax — full-time role overseeing sales floor, client experience, and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales-floor departments within the assigned store (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare or combinations), ensuring operational excellence and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure on-stage cast consistently execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service to meet and exceed store objectives.
  • Manage client feedback and resolution processes, including timely responses via the client service hotline and direct client interactions.
  • Support training and adoption of Client Interactive Technology across the sales floor to enhance the client experience.
  • Support planning and execution of in‑store events, ensuring they contribute to sales targets and client engagement goals.
  • Coach, develop and provide regular performance feedback to assigned cast; identify talent and support recruitment and internal development.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify business opportunities, and partner with management to action improvement plans.

Qualifications

  • One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a comparable-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to recruit, train and develop retail teams that drive sales and deliver superior client service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching to performance, providing constructive feedback and following up on improvement plans.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Experience

One to three years’ experience in a comparable retail leadership role, with demonstrable success leading sales-floor teams, driving client experience initiatives and supporting sales growth.
