Sephora seeks a Stage Experience Lead in Etobicoke, ON to oversee beauty retail operations, manage sales teams, and drive client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments and ensure team members execute Sephora's selling model effectively
- Manage client feedback and partner with direct manager to resolve client-related issues through appropriate channels
- Coach and develop direct reports on performance management, providing timely feedback and conducting regular check-ins
- Support training and deployment of client-facing technology across the sales floor
- Coordinate in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs
- Analyze store sales performance and identify business opportunities to drive growth
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar supervisory or lead role at a comparable volume retail location
- Proven ability to identify and attract talented store leaders capable of training and developing teams
- Strong track record of driving sales performance and delivering exceptional client service

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or lead role at a comparable-volume retail store, or equivalent internal experience within Sephora or the broader luxury beauty sector.
Education
