Sephora Canada — Stage Experience Lead (Full‑time) in Etobicoke (Sherway Gardens). Lead on‑floor client experience, coaching and event support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on‑floor sales departments (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare or combinations) for the assigned store to ensure consistent client experience and sales execution.
  • Coach and develop on‑stage cast to consistently apply Sephora’s selling model and client service standards.
  • Respond to and action client feedback in collaboration with the store leadership team, using the client feedback hotline and other channels.
  • Ensure selling cast are trained and proficient in Client Interactive Technology and other in‑store digital tools.
  • Support planning and execution of in‑store events to drive traffic, sales and client engagement.
  • Monitor departmental performance, identify business opportunities, and partner with management to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct regular check‑ins and provide timely performance feedback; assist with performance management where required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail supervisory or lead experience in a high‑volume beauty or specialty retail environment, or equivalent internal progression.
  • Proven capability to attract, develop and retain store talent; demonstrated experience coaching teams to deliver sales and service outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of resolving client issues and improving client satisfaction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment with flexible availability including weekends and peak periods.

Experience

Minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience in beauty, cosmetics or high‑volume specialty retail, or equivalent internal experience demonstrating team leadership, client service excellence and sales accountability.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, retail management or a related field is an asset.
