Stage Experience Lead at Sephora Edmonton: Full-time retail leadership position overseeing sales floor operations and team management. CAD$20.00–$23.55/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments and ensure cast members properly execute Sephora's selling model and client service standards
- Support timely response to all client feedback and partner with direct manager to address client-related issues through the service hotline and direct feedback channels
- Ensure all sales floor staff receive proper training in Client Interactive Technology and support in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs
- Coach and manage performance assessments within the assigned store area, deliver timely feedback for improvement, and participate in regular check-ins with direct reports
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities to drive entrepreneurial growth
Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders who can train and coach cast members to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service
