Stage Experience Lead at Sephora in Edmonton, Canada—full-time retail supervisory role managing sales departments.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales floor departments within the assigned Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare or a combination thereof
  • Ensure all sales floor team members properly execute Sephora's selling model and deliver outstanding client service
  • Support timely response to all client feedback per department and partner with direct manager to action client-related issues through the client service hotline or direct feedback channels
  • Train and coach all team members on Client Interactive Technology and support its proper execution
  • Support and manage in-store events to help the store achieve both business goals and client needs
  • Monitor and coach team members on performance management situations within the assigned area; deliver timely feedback for improvement and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities to drive entrepreneurial initiatives

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal Sephora experience
  • Proven ability to attract and identify talented store leaders who can train and develop team members to drive sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrated commitment to client-centric service and performance-driven culture
