Stage Experience Lead at Sephora Edmonton—supervise beauty retail departments, lead client experience, and drive sales performance. Full-time role, CAD $20–$23.55/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments and ensure proper execution of Sephora's selling model across Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare categories
- Ensure timely and appropriate response to all client feedback and partner with management to action client-related issues
- Support training and development of team members on Client Interactive Technology and Sephora's service standards
- Manage and support in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs
- Conduct performance assessments, deliver coaching, and participate in regular performance check-ins with direct reports
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking by identifying and capitalizing on store sales opportunities and business development initiatives
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all organizational levels in a clear and concise manner
- Proven ability to identify and attract talented store leaders capable of training and developing team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service
- Strong understanding of store sales performance metrics and identification of business opportunities
- Proficiency in Sephora's selling model and Client Interactive Technology platforms
- Demonstrated performance management experience with capability to provide constructive feedback and coaching
Skills
Experience
One to three years' experience in a similar supervisory role at a comparable volume retail location, or equivalent internal experience at Sephora or a similar beauty retailer.

The successful candidate will be located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20 to CAD 23.55 per hour.
