Sephora Canada seeks a Stage Experience Lead in Edmonton. Full-time retail leadership role overseeing sales floor and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales-floor departments (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare or a combination) at a single Sephora location, ensuring consistent execution of the Sephora selling model.
- Coach and develop on-stage cast to deliver outstanding client service and achieve store sales targets; conduct regular performance check-ins and follow-up on improvement plans.
- Manage client feedback: ensure timely response and resolution via the client feedback tool and escalate complex issues to management as required.
- Support adoption and training of Client Interactive Technology and other in-store digital tools for all selling cast.
- Plan and support in-store events to drive traffic, conversion and client engagement aligned with store objectives.
- Maintain commercial awareness of store KPIs, identify business opportunities and partner with management to implement action plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail supervisory experience in a high-volume beauty or specialty retail environment (or equivalent internal experience).
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain store leaders and to build high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience coaching to performance and delivering timely, constructive feedback.

Experience
Minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably within a high-volume beauty, cosmetics or specialty retail environment, with demonstrated success in team development and sales growth.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management, business or a beauty-related discipline preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20 to CAD 23.55 per hour.
