Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
- Respond promptly to client feedback and collaborate with management to address client-related issues.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store and client objectives.
- Coach and provide feedback for performance management within the assigned store area.
- Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation
