Sephora Stage Experience Lead – Dartmouth, NS. Full-time retail leadership role overseeing sales floor operations and team coaching.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments within the assigned Sephora location, ensuring proper execution of the company's selling model and delivery of outstanding client service
- Coach and support on-stage team members on performance standards, providing timely feedback and conducting regular check-ins with direct reports
- Manage client feedback through multiple channels (client service hotline and direct client interactions) and partner with management to action client-related issues
- Support team training and enablement on Client Interactive Technology platforms and new product launches
- Coordinate and execute in-store events to align with store goals and client needs
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding store sales performance, identifying business opportunities, and driving store-level achievements
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar supervisory role at a comparable-volume retail location or equivalent internal retail experience
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders who drive sales performance and deliver client-focused service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear, concise manner
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of progressive retail experience in a supervisory or similar leadership capacity, preferably within a multi-category beauty retail environment at a high-volume location.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management or business education preferred.

This position is based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, within easy reach of Halifax.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.70 to CAD 25.90 per hour.
