Sephora Canada (Dartmouth) is hiring a Stage Experience Lead to oversee on‑floor beauty departments. Full‑time, CAD$20.70–25.90/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on‑floor departments (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare or combinations) and ensure consistent execution of Sephora’s selling model.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales cast to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store sales targets; participate in regular performance check‑ins.
  • Manage and action client feedback promptly, partnering with store leadership to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Ensure world selling cast are trained and proficient with Client Interactive Technology and other in‑store digital tools.
  • Support planning and execution of in‑store events to drive traffic, sales and client engagement.
  • Monitor departmental sales performance, identify business opportunities and recommend operational adjustments to maximize results.
  • Participate in recruitment and talent identification to build effective departmental teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years’ retail supervisory experience in a comparable, high‑volume store; 3 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop teams, identify talent and build succession.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated customer‑centric mindset and experience resolving client feedback.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends and evenings as required.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.70 to CAD 25.90 per hour.
