Stage Experience Lead at Sephora Calgary—full-time retail leadership role overseeing sales floor departments and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all assigned sales floor departments within the Sephora store location, ensuring consistent execution of Sephora's selling model across Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare
  • Ensure proper training and deployment of all sales cast in client-facing interactive technology and tools
  • Manage timely response to client feedback within assigned departments and escalate client-related issues appropriately
  • Lead in-store events and promotional activities to achieve store sales goals and enhance client experience
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and coaching for direct reports; deliver timely feedback and track improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance metrics and identify business opportunities for growth
  • Support store management in driving client satisfaction and achieving company objectives

Qualifications

  • One to three years' experience in a similar supervisory or lead role at a comparable-volume retail location
  • Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders
  • Strong track record of training and coaching retail cast to drive sales performance
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence business partners at all organizational levels clearly and concisely

Experience
