Sephora hiring Stage Experience Lead in Calgary, Canada – full-time supervisory retail role managing sales departments with CAD$20–23.55/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all assigned sales floor departments and ensure team members execute Sephora's selling model effectively
  • Coordinate timely responses to client feedback and partner with management to address service-related issues
  • Support training and deployment of Client Interactive Technology across the sales floor
  • Manage in-store events and promotional activities to drive sales and meet client needs
  • Monitor performance within assigned areas and provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to direct reports
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members and participate in performance management processes
  • Analyze store sales performance and identify business opportunities to support revenue growth

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in a similar supervisory or lead role at a comparable volume retail location
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing retail leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with business partners at multiple organizational levels
  • Understanding of retail sales metrics and business performance indicators
