Sephora Stage Experience Lead position in Calgary, AB. Full-time retail management role overseeing sales floor operations and client service. CAD $20–$23.55/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments within the assigned Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare
- Ensure all team members properly execute Sephora's selling model and deliver exceptional client service
- Support timely response to client feedback per department and partner with direct manager to action client-related issues
- Coach and develop team performance, delivering timely feedback for improvement and conducting regular check-ins with direct reports
- Support in-store events and promotional activities to achieve store goals and address client needs
- Train and support all sales cast in proper use of Client Interactive Technology
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business growth opportunities
- Attract and identify talented store leaders capable of training and developing cast members to drive sales
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar supervisory or assistant management role at a similar volume retail location or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence business partners at all levels clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Track record of identifying and developing talented retail leaders
- Strong understanding of retail sales performance metrics and business operations

Experience
One to three years of experience in a similar supervisory or assistant management role at a high-volume retail location, or equivalent internal experience within Sephora or a comparable luxury beauty retail environment.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20 to CAD 23.55 per hour.
