Stage Experience Lead at Sephora Calgary – Full-time supervisory role overseeing sales departments and leading client experience initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales floor departments and ensure proper execution of Sephora's selling model across assigned areas
  • Coach and support the sales team to deliver outstanding client service and drive departmental performance
  • Manage client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues through service hotlines and direct feedback channels
  • Support in-store events and promotional initiatives to achieve store goals and meet client needs
  • Assess employee performance, provide coaching and timely feedback, and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities for growth
  • Ensure all staff are properly trained in client interactive technology and company systems

Qualifications

  • One to three years' experience in a similar supervisory role at a comparable-volume retail location or equivalent internal experience
  • Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners across all levels
  • Demonstrated success in creating high-performing teams that drive sales and deliver client service excellence

Experience
