Sephora Calgary seeks a Stage Experience Lead (Full‑Time) to manage sales-floor teams and client experience. Hourly pay CAD$20.00–23.55/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-floor sales departments (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare or combinations) during assigned shifts to ensure operational excellence and sales execution.
  • Coach and develop cast to consistently execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service across departments.
  • Drive response and resolution to client feedback in partnership with store leadership, using established channels and escalation procedures.
  • Ensure all selling cast are trained and proficient in Client Interactive Technology and other in-store retail tools.
  • Support planning and delivery of in-store events to meet sales and client engagement objectives.
  • Monitor individual and departmental performance, provide regular feedback, and support performance management actions as required.
  • Identify sales opportunities, recommend merchandising or service adjustments, and collaborate with store management to meet business targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience (beauty sector preferred).
  • Proven ability to coach and develop teams, including recruiting or identifying talent to elevate store performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated client-service orientation and experience managing client feedback and recovery.
  • Comfortable working with retail technology, including Client Interactive Technology platforms, and facilitating team training.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of supervisory or assistant-manager experience in high-volume retail, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, or specialty retail environments.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20 to CAD 23.55 per hour.
